We obviously aim for 100% uptime consistently, but on the odd occasion when an anomaly if one occurs, you can rest assured that our technical team will be stepping in immediately, on top of the problem.
Our policy is simple, for every one hour of unscheduled downtime of your website, at any one period of time, we will credit your account with a whole day extra, in order to try and compensate you for your troubles. There are no catches to this!
